The restoration and conservation of this historic residence, from the 30s and located on the hill, in the most prestigious area of Turin, was carried out through the union of two neighboring villas and it required the consolidation of the two structures, the recovery of a housing attic, the insertion of two internal elevators for service and the internal redistribution, keeping the historical construction characteristics such as floors, frescoed ceilings, stairs, with a carefully chosen aged materials. In the basement, in addition to the tavern, laundry and service rooms, under the courtyard garden it has been created a garage always faithfully with the style, with room for six cars and a direct access from the house.
